Refund and Return Policy
- The customer is entitled to a full refund if the product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked ( Photo must be provided by email).
- Customers are entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel an order Before the product has been shipped
- The customer is not entitled to a refund if tracking information states the product has been delivered.
- It is the customers responsibility to track the order once it's is placed. All tracking numbers are sent to email once orders are fulfilled.
- International shipping takes longer to get to customers so be patient while your order is in transit.
- Sometimes packages might return and if that happen I will try to contact customers, but a customer is responsible for shipping once an item is return back due to wrong address or unsuccessful delivery.
- Please make sure to put in an address when placing an order especially to our international customers,
