Refund and Return Policy

  1. The customer is entitled to a full refund if the product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked ( Photo must be provided by email).
  2. Customers are entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel an order Before the product has been shipped
  3. The customer is not entitled to a refund if tracking information states the product has been delivered.
  4. It is the customers responsibility to track the order once it's is placed. All tracking numbers are sent to email once orders are fulfilled.
  5. International shipping takes longer to get to customers so be patient while your order is in transit.
  6. Sometimes packages might return and if that happen I will try to contact customers, but a customer is responsible for shipping once an item is return back due to wrong address or unsuccessful delivery.
  7. Please make sure to put in an address when placing an order especially to our international customers,
