1. If a customer has provided an incorrect address resulting in an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will not be automatically re-dispatched unless an additional delivery fee for a second attempt has been paid. Please get in touch with us to initiate the process of claiming your package.

Some international countries might charge extra for custom fee and customers are responsible of paying those fee or else the package will be abandon in transit.
